Restaurant Team Member – at Panera Bread. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, sandwiches with care and accuracy—avoiding assembly lines. Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining areas, and drive‑thru as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities, adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 16+ years. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication and quick comprehension in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create moments of comfort and joy for guests. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
