Job Title Senior Associate, Subcontracts Job Code 41963 Job Location Palm Bay, FL Job Schedule 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description L3Harris is seeking a senior associate to support contract and business operations across a variety of programs by assisting with contract administration, process coordination, and overall program support activities. In this role, the individual will work with internal teams to help manage contract requirements, monitor performance, support negotiations, and contribute to risk assessment and resolution efforts. The position provides experience with business processes, compliance requirements, and the coordination needed to support complex customer and program needs. Essential Functions Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics Provide contract management support to internal program teams, providing a strategic viewpoint, assisting in solving complex problems, and offering creative solutions Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions Responsible for identifying applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and risk assessments Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices Qualifications To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
