Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!As a BT at our Randolph Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors.
