We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Fall River Mills, CA!

Compensation: $21 an hour

Job Requirements:

• Perform routine maintenance around the property.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
• Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
• Inspect for and repair damage to building surfaces.
• Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Fix electrical issues

Job Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation
• Have valid driver's license and active car insurance
• 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
• Previous apartment tech is a plus
• Must possess great customer service
