Infectious Disease Physician

A fellowship-trained infectious disease physician is sought to join a practice in metro Detroit, focusing on diagnosing and treating adult patients with various infectious diseases, including resistant infections, travel-related illnesses, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, Lyme disease, and Hepatitis B and C. This role offers the opportunity to serve the underserved community in a vibrant city recognized for its rich history and cultural attractions. The position emphasizes outpatient care within a supportive environment. Practice Info * Work with physicians and PAs in a supportive environment * 100% outpatient, no inpatient duties required Responsibilities * Providing diagnosis and treatment of adult patients presenting with infectious diseases such as diseases that are resistant to treatment, illness after travel, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, Lyme disease and Hepatitis B and C Compensation * Excellent competitive compensation package Benefits * Comprehensive benefits including loan repayment eligibility Shift & Schedule * Monday - Friday schedule with one Saturday morning per month Requirements * Fellowship trained infectious disease physician
