Our Concord, MA location specializes in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults, offering a supportive and structured environment focused on recovery.
Position Overview

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time, Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our Concord facility. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for both clients and staff.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of maintenance tasks, including building systems and facility upkeep.
Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Rotating on-call responsibilities

Compensation

• $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and building repairs
• Complete painting, light electrical work (if qualified), and basic plumbing repairs
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting
• Maintain both interior and exterior areas of the facility
• Ensure proper functioning of laundry machines and other essential equipment
• Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
• Track and document time and materials used for maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment
• Assist with training or overseeing helpers as needed
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
