Salary: $23.00 per hour Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join a growing local management company. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for an in office, 30-hour-per-week schedule. Responsibilities:
- Preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
- Reconciliation of A/R, A/P and Bank Statements.
- Preform Journal entries for proper data entry & allocation
- Additional A and Accounting Support as designated.
- Two plus years of Bookkeeping and Office Management with financial reporting
- College Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred, but not required.
- Experience creating invoices, submitting invoices to clients, managing Accounts Receivable and following up with delinquent accounts.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
