You will have a great and direct impact on our Customer’s Satisfaction.What You Will DoUse critical thinking resources and methods to improve material processing; minimize inspection; resolve manufacturing defects/problemsComplete such specialized quality functions as data preparation, analyses, and reporting.Perform product and process audits for compliance to various standards and product requirements.Coordinate resolution of nonconforming material with Engineering and Production Control teams.Support process improvements initiatives.Support Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis on processes and products to prevent product defects and mitigate riskSupport implementation of product Quality Control Plans Lead and support root cause and corrective action activitiesAct on all applicable material, product and equipment alerts to prevent impact to product reliability using the nonconformance and/or purge processManage dropped and damaged hardware processing and incident reporting.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project). Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Technology or other STEM related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the field of quality, operations or manufacturing engineering OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of six (6) years of engineering related experience.Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management systems.Experience with technical procedures, specifications, standards, and other engineering and manufacturing documents.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
