Residential HVAC Service Technician

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced residential HVAC service technician for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. This heating and air conditioning technician position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gas and oil furnaces, boilers and hydronic systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and central air conditioning. Test refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and combustion performance and perform preventative HVAC maintenance. Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners, complete accurate service documentation, and participate in a fair on-call rotation. Qualifications At least three years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience. EPA 608 certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and documentation skills. New Hampshire gas service licensing and oil or hydronic experience are valuable. Schedule, pay, and benefits Full-time, year-round daytime weekday work with a fair on-call rotation.
