Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Provide ongoing training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services to regional customers. Deliver face‑to‑face client support after the sale, covering responsibilities aligned with account agreements. Set up and support Fujifilm video systems and equipment. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment effectively. Monitor and report on repair transactions and support maintenance efforts. Offer case observations and continuous training for staff on Fujifilm technologies to enhance customer support. Conduct regular maintenance and management of the client’s Fujifilm equipment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize repairs. Act as the primary contact for analyzing repair histories, troubleshooting issues, and developing strategies to reduce equipment damage. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management on metrics and training effectiveness. Analyze data to derive insights that improve utilization and training outcomes. Maintain accurate customer data for future database integration. Represent Fujifilm at local and national trade shows as required. Adhere to all safety regulations and comply with medical device standards and regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience preferred. Experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with diverse stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting abilities with Fujifilm endoscopic equipment. Effective time management and decision-making skills. Ability to provide expert training and support for workflow optimization. Competence in data analysis to present informed insights. Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize customer needs. Comfortable presenting information to small groups. Basic mathematical skills for discount calculations. Physical Requirements Ability to manipulate items and use equipment, including keyboards. Capability to stand, speak, and hear during interactions. Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 lbs. Close vision for tasks requiring detail orientation. Travel Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, servicing the Des Moines/Iowa area and beyond.
