Logistics warehouse located in Marysville Ohio.

Warehouse/Pick & Pack Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Placing totes on the production line efficiently according to parts and plant practices.
• Moving and distributing bags of components to their designated totes.
• Collapsing knockdown bins flat to maintain an organized workspace.
• Safely cutting open plastic bags of parts and transferring contents into totes.
• Utilizing a QR code scanner to generate and apply accurate tote labels.
• Assisting with box making and label peeling tasks to support production flow.
• Operating a forklift lightly (optional, for candidates interested in gaining experience).
• Supporting other team members and positions as business needs dictate.
• Strictly adhering to all company safety policies and operational standards.

Warehouse/Pick & Pack Qualifications:

• Ability to follow simple part number label formats and use a spreadsheet to track progress.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines meticulously.
• A relaxed, friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn.
