Pharmacy Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff. Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy performance. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations. Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding patient service. Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues. Build relationships with local providers and support community health initiatives. Coach, develop, and evaluate pharmacy team members. Drive operational, financial, and clinical goals. Qualifications Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. school of pharmacy. 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience. Previous leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
