This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role built for someone who thrives on structure, catches details others miss, and takes real ownership in a fast-paced environment.You'll partner directly with leadership and department leads to keep operations running smoothly, standards consistently high, and projects moving forward without dropped balls.If you're the person who builds the system, follows through without being asked, and loves seeing the impact of your work across an entire organization — this role was written for you.What You'll OwnFulfillment OperationsOversee day-to-day fulfillment center workflows to ensure orders are processed accurately and on timeMonitor for bottlenecks and proactively flag issues before they escalateMaintain accurate records and report on key fulfillment metricsCustomer Service Quality ControlConduct daily QC reviews of the CS call center — including live and recorded call monitoringReview inbound and outbound CS emails for accuracy, tone, and brand consistencyIdentify training opportunities and communicate actionable feedback to the CS teamTrack QC findings and surface recurring patterns to leadershipProject Management & Team AccountabilityOwn task lists and deadlines across departments, keeping commitments on trackRun regular check-ins and status updates to keep projects movingIdentify blockers early and help coordinate solutions across teamsMaintain organized project tracking using shared tools and spreadsheetsPartnerships SupportPull and compile performance data and reporting for partner accountsDistribute partner links and assets as neededServe as a first-line contact for basic partner inquiries; escalate complex issues to leadershipSocial MediaHelp manage, schedule, and engage on organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more)Review posts for accuracy, brand voice, and consistency before publishingMonitor comments and messages, responding or routing appropriatelySupport content planning and light content coordinationWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in an operations, coordinator, or project management support roleExceptionally detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and follow through without remindersStrong task management skills and a natural bias toward accountabilityProficient in Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, tracking, and reporting are second natureClear, professional written and verbal communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindsetComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-output environmentQuick to learn new tools and softwareExperience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) is a strong plusBackground in e-commerce or digital brand operations is a bonusWhy You'll Love It HereCompetitive Salary: $55,000–$60,000 DOEHealth Insurance401(k)Generous PTO — we measure success by impact, not hours loggedBrand-new, state-of-the-art office with stunning views of Las VegasHigh-visibility role with real ownership across the business from day oneCollaborative, high-energy team culture that celebrates wins and invests in peopleRoom to grow with a company that rewards initiative and resultsAll Star Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
