Our Boston opening represents an exciting step forward, and we are looking for a Beverage Manager to lead and shape a best‑in‑class wine and bar programme. What You Will Be Responsible For Lead and evolve the wine and beverage programme to drive revenue and brand positioning Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost control Own beverage P&L, analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing teams Drive exceptional guest experience and upselling on the floor Ensure compliance, operational standards, and effective stock management Support marketing initiatives to increase beverage engagement and spend What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a senior beverage role within a high‑volume, premium restaurant Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and bar operations Natural leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and operationally driven Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Why Join LPM You will be part of a globally recognised brand, with the opportunity to shape the beverage identity of our Boston restaurant.
