In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the department teams, driving HR initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver impactful HR solutions across aligned functions. This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven HR leader who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges while building strong relationships across the business.Essential Functions:• Act as the primary day-to-day HR contact for frontline employees in the segment functions, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and standard practices• Partner with leaders and HRBPs on routine performance management, employee development, and team dynamics• Support the implementation of segment-level HR strategies and initiatives within assigned client groups, ensuring alignment with SMS and enterprise priorities• Assist with requisition administration for aligned functions• Assist with internal job changes, promotions, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with HR/Comp guidelines• Partner with Corporate HR, Segment HR COEs, and HR Operations to ensure consistent application of programs and processes• Identify recurring themes or issues from the field and provide feedback to influence segment-level HR priorities• Partner with leaders and HRBPs through complex employee relations matters, performance management, and sensitive organizational issues• Oversee the monthly people data review process: monitoring trends and collaborating with other functional HRBPs on outcomes• Perform data-related tasks including managing employee rosters and auditing within HR systems• Lead and execute HR special projects and strategic initiativesQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience• Experience with HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)Preferred Additional Skills:• HR and business acumen, with strong problem‑solving skills, critical thinking ability, and demonstrated self‑initiative• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments• Track record of delivering commitments and driving measurable business impact• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels• Detail-oriented with strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple competing priorities• Professional integrity with demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
