Data Entry Category: Clerical - Other Location: Sturgis, MI 49091 Pay: $17.00 Hourly Status: Open Description Data Entry The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry and mathematical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage and re-prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment. Accurately enter and meticulously check order specifications against established price lists, quotes, and estimates. Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Estimating departments to address and implement any necessary alterations to quotes or job details. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our production processes to ensure all job entries are accurate and complete. What's In It For You? Data Entry Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Proven strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic mathematics and exceptional spelling acuity. Excellent memory retention for job specifications, processes, and customer details. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulate and knowledgeable correspondence. Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Experience in a customer-facing role or strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with basic formulas. Ability to work cordially and effectively with others in a team environment. Data Entry Qualifications: Strong math skills Data entry Meticulously check order specifications against established price lists, quotes, and estimates.
