To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a MES Analyst located in Buffalo Grove, IL. Reporting to the Systems Architecture Manager, the MES Analyst will provideoperational supportfor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related integrations. This role is responsible forincident resolution, troubleshooting, and change managementfollowingITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will have strongSQL skills, hands-on experience supportingMES platforms, and the ability to work in regulated environments. What a typical day looks like: ProvideLevel 2 and level3 supportfor MES applications and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary. PerformSQL queriesto analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes. Support reporting and data integrity checks. FollowIncident, Problem, and Change Managementprocesses. Document root cause analysis and maintain accurate ticket records. Perform routine health checks and ensure system availability. Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes under controlled processes. Ensure all activities comply withGxP, FDA, and internal quality standards. Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system documentation. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years inapplication supportorIT operations, withmandatory MES support experience. StrongSQL skillsfor troubleshooting and data analysis. Familiarity withWindows Server environmentsandnetwork basics. Understandingofintegration concepts(Rest APIs, Message Brokers).
