There are a variety of 8 or 12 hour shifts available throughout the day, any day of the week including weekends! Location: Hospital setting in Stillwater, MN. Pay rate: Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience!What we offer you:Locally Owned and Operated BusinessOpportunity to work different locations/Diversity in clinic settingsWorking with Clinics and Hospitals throughout the 7-county area of Minneapolis/Saint PaulFree Education CoursesCompetitive Salary and BenefitsHealth CoverageDental CoveragePTO Accrual Based on Hours WorkedWhat we ask of you:Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of ED patients within the scope of a registered nurse.Communicate effectively with ED patients and families, communicate updates in a timely manner.Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.Required Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.Must have at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.Previous emergency department/critical care experience is preferred.Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.Who we are:Interim Healthcare is America's leading provider of healthcare staffing.
