Apply today!QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS3+ years of industry experienceDewald Academy of Drying certification and IICRC accreditationStrong understanding of the mitigation process and equipmentLeadership skills with the ability to display initiative, motivate your team, and be there when neededPhysical ability to carry 80 pounds, stand for at least 8 hours, and sit for at least 6 hoursAbility to work outdoors, in non-airconditioned indoor spaces, and confined spaces like attics and crawlspacesAbility to wear PPE, including a full-face respirator, a particulate mask (N95), safety glasses, and a face shieldAbility to work around sewage and microbial growthPREFERRED CRITERIAAdvanced IICRC certificationsOSHA 10 or 30 certificationExperience leading large loss projects, filing insurance claims, or mentoring team membersCustomer service skills or trainingDocumentation skillsMechanical aptitudeProficiency with Dash, Encircle, or similar restoration platforms for digital moisture mapping, equipment logs, and daily updatesWillingness to perform on-call or emergency response workAbility to speak English and SpanishSENIOR MITIGATION WATER TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIESYou have the option to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility depending on the project.As our Senior Mitigation Water Technician, you guide less experienced techs throughout each project to mitigate water damage and help protect and restore our customers' properties. You oversee every aspect of the job, communicating with customers and directing assistant technicians to complete thorough, top-notch work. As you work, you closely document your services and maintain detailed job records.
