Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview The Talent Acquisition/Administrative Support Specialist is a hybrid role in Talent Acquisition and Administrative Support. This position plays a critical role in supporting companies’ growth by owning end-to-end recruiting activities and assisting in procurement. The role is hands-on, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers, staffing partners, and internal stakeholders. The position supports delivery readiness (TA) and is designed to evolve as business needs expand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3+ years of combined Talent Acquisition or related experience , including technical or federal recruiting experience. Strong familiarity with ATS platforms; iCIMS/ADP experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
