Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Basic understanding of manufacturing and workplace safety procedures. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, metal finishing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and finishing equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production goals. Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and finished products. Comfortable working with metal parts, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Ability to maintain productivity while meeting safety and quality requirements. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Job Duties Perform finishing and final preparation of manufactured metal components. Grind, smooth, clean, and prepare metal surfaces to meet customer and quality specifications. Inspect finished products for defects, quality standards, and workmanship. Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications. Handle, move, and organize materials and finished products safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals. Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and quality requirements. Collaborate with team members to support production schedules and customer deadlines.
