Since 1802, we have been embracing innovations and sustainable solutions of the highest quality that add value to people's lives around the globe.Join us to be part of a forward-thinking, people-centered company where your ideas and contributions truly matter.This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, international environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive design projects by maintaining focus on key design priorities, customer requirements, product growth, and relevant technological trends.Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality design execution.Sustain and refine electrical designs throughout the full product life cycle, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.Plan and conduct experiments, perform EVT verification testing, analyze results, and produce clear technical documentation.Develop analog circuits and electrical layouts using industry standard tools, while defining and evaluating design requirements with project and product leaders.Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesAbility to build teams and communicate on international levelExperience with industry requirements, certification (e.g. EN, UL, TÜV, RoHS, IPC)Experience using industrial data bus standards (e.g. RS-485, IOLink, ProfiNET, Modbus TCP/RTU, Bluetooth)Component operation, selection & usageCircuit assembly, test, troubleshootingHigh-speed or RF circuit design & layoutTest and debug using appropriate toolsLogic analyzer/Protocol analyzerDMM & OscilloscopeSpectrum analyzerEducation and ExperienceMinimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree2-6 years of professional experience in a related field.Working Conditions / Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.The employee is frequently required to sit.The employee is occasionally required to stand and walkThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Salary Range: 100k - 140k
