Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments by implementing evidence-based practices tailored to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

  • Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our service quality.

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, offering support and guidance on treatment options and available resources.

  • Stay informed with the latest developments and research in mental health to ensure our methodologies remain cutting-edge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients typically present a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial conflicts. You will work with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual, thereby fostering a deep commitment to their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to create effective treatment strategies.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex case scenarios while ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
