Supply Chain Intelligence Manager

: OVERVIEW Perfetti Van Melle (makers of Mentos, Airheads, Dentyne, Trident and Bubblicious!) is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide. We're currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Supply Chain Intelligence Manager to join our growing team. WHAT YOU WILL DO The Supply Chain intelligence manager is responsible for creating next generation business processes and accelerating the adoption of technology across the company. They will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation journey, acting as a bridge between cross functional teams and business systems, enabling seamless data flow and real-time decision-making. Transform the way Supply Chain's digital tools and systems to better enable our operations, providing team members with better tools and data for maximum efficiency. Specific responsibilities include:

• Design processes, creating a roadmap and helping implement core processes and technologies in supply chain planning, manufacturing, supplier management, maintenance management, finance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze key performance indicators and metrics; pinpoint bottlenecks or inefficiencies in supply chain and develop strategies to enhance overall performance. This Includes but is not limited to streamlining workflows, enhancing communication between departments, and implementing best practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Introduce and recommend digital tools and systems to better enable our operations and supply chain departments for maximum efficiency including integrating supply chain with ERP systems and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, consultants, and technology leaders to bring leading practices to improve efficiency, address quality issues, and support the scalability of operations.
• Identify and drive the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices across the supply chain, from source to market in accordance with the defined digital roadmap.
• Partner with PVM global data teams and regional leaders to prioritize data standardization and local supply chain initiatives in accordance with PVM global roadmap to ensure seamless execution.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or master's preferred but not required.
• 5+years of technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and tools implementation experience, and improvement initiatives including experience in process digitalization and digital transformation.
• *20% travel may be required, will support Supply Chain projects as needed.
