Fat Tuesday is looking for a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 1–4 high-energy locations. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance great guest experiences with strong operational control.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance across multiple locations
- Control labor, inventory, cash handling, and cost of goods
- Train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure brand standards, food safety, and alcohol compliance
- Drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
- 21+ years of age
- 3–5 years of hospitality experience; 1–3 years in hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel between locations
- ServSafe Manager Certification (required)
