Production Operator
Join a dynamic manufacturing company located on the East side of Columbus as a Production Operator. This role involves a variety of tasks including batching processes, machine operation, cleaning tanks, and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Batching and compounding of materials to create paint products.
- Cleaning and maintaining tanks and equipment.
- Handling materials and organizing raw materials with precision.
- Performing order selection and assisting in the production process.
- Measuring raw materials accurately to ensure proper mixing.
- Maintaining detailed records and organizing part numbers for various raw materials.
- Performing general housekeeping duties as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience in chemical operation, compounding, batching, blending, or mixing operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization.
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of job duties.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus.

Work Environment
The plant is clean and organized, equipped with paint mixers and large paint containers. With the construction season ramping up, this is a busy and exciting time to join our team. Shifts include 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.
This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH 43211.
The pay range for this position is $53352.00 - $55016.00/yr.
