RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Evaluate and treat patients efficiently and effectively when immediate care is needed. Assess pediatric patients as young as 6 months old. Perform procedures where local anesthetic may be used. Conduct annual, sports, school, and pre‑employment physicals, vaccinations, and interpret diagnostic services such as labs and x‑rays. Positions and Qualification Requirements Physician (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine) Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine Active state license, DEA number, DOT certification (or willingness to become certified), current ACLS, and registered with CAQH. Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year post‑graduate experience in a medical office setting. Professional appearance, warm and friendly attitude, excellent patient interaction skills. Team player, excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask and work independently. Flexibility with hours and shifts, availability for weekends and 12‑hour shifts. Experience in Occupational Health and Workers’ Comp preferred. Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP—Full Time or Part Time) Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty. Current state license, DEA, ACLS, and registration with CAQH. Minimum three years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Laboratory Technician Responsibilities: Collect urine samples, perform DOT and non‑DOT drug screens, spirometer tests, BAT tests, and other required lab tests. Maintain lab controls and ensure patient flow is speedy and organized. Assist providers with patient care when requested, set IVs, discharge patients with instructions, and clean rooms. Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office setting. Professional appearance and excellent patient interaction skills. Team player, excellent communication skills. Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and flexible with hours/shifts. Experience in Occupational Health preferred. Front Desk / Receptionist (Full Time or Part Time) Responsibilities: Perform patient registration, verify insurance, collect copays, check outstanding balances, and process claims. Maintain cleanliness of patient waiting area, front office area, and assist with administrative tasks. Ensure patient flow is speedy and organized, coordinate faxes and referrals, maintain relationships with corporate accounts. Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in a medical office setting. Proficient in computer software. Friendly, warm attitude, excellent patient interaction skills. Team player, excellent communication, ability to multi‑task. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. Center Administrator Responsibilities: Ensure all patients are greeted and directed through the registration process, verify insurance, bill accordingly, and reconcile billing questions. Recruit, hire, and train a highly effective team. Manage HR issues, onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, etc. Ensure operational supplies, asset management, nightly accounting of cash receipts, monitor expenses. Report performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role at a medical office. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, team focus, autonomous work, motivational leadership. Exceptional written, verbal and consultative communication skills. Other Positions Electronic Radiography Technologist (X‑ray) Details: duties include x‑ray imaging, lab testing, documentation, compliance with universal precautions, HIPAA, OSHA. Experience required: minimum 3 months post‑graduate as a licensed X‑ray Technologist, basic understanding of digital X‑ray services.
