Junior Collision Estimator | $29-$32/HR | No Weekends Looking to take the next step in your collision repair career? International Sport Motors is looking for a Junior Collision Estimator to support our busy collision center while learning from an experienced estimator and leadership team. You\'ll gain hands-on experience writing estimates, assisting customers, coordinating repairs, and becoming a key part of our production process. What You\'ll Do Write and assist with customer estimates Welcome customers and explain the repair process Schedule repairs and coordinate appointments Assist the lead estimator with daily workflow Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Perform walk-around vehicle inspections Help coordinate production between the office and the shop Work closely with technicians, painters, and production staff Learn estimating software, blueprinting, and insurance procedures What We\'re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of collision repair shop experience Previous experience in collision estimating, parts, customer service, or service advising preferred Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner Understanding of collision repair procedures and vehicle damage Strong organizational and communication skills Computer proficiency and willingness to learn estimating systems Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career Why You\'ll Love Working Here This isn\'t a shop looking for someone to simply answer phones.
