What You’ll Do Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on design techniques, project management, and professional development Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that align with client goals, project budgets, and regulatory requirements Present design concepts and project updates to clients, agencies, and community stakeholders Coordinate with in-house civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and other disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality project designs Prepare site plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, construction details, and specifications for a variety of public and private sector projects Review plans for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and local ordinances Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure design intent is maintained What We’re Looking For Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Collaborative mindset with a commitment to creativity, quality, and client satisfaction Strong technical understanding of planting design, irrigation systems, grading, and sustainable site design practices Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture design and project management Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D modeling software is a plus Why Join Siegfried?
