About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing (VPEMM) to lead the integration of these critical areas within a newly formed division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving future enrollment growth through effective discount management, the design of innovative recruitment plans, and the implementation of successful marketing strategies. A key requirement for the role is a strong background in admissions, financial aid, and marketing, with a focus on both domestic and international student recruitment. The VPEMM will also be responsible for supervising a team and must have a sales mindset and approach to recruitment, as well as knowledge of up-to-date recruitment technology, such as CRM systems. Familiarity with luxury brand-related education programs and the ability to speak or understand Spanish are considered advantageous. Applicants for the VPEMM position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or terminal degree preferred) and have at least 7 years' experience in the enrollment management profession, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in shaping and executing successful enrollment and marketing strategies, particularly in the context of higher education. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the admissions process, financial aid, and marketing within the educational sector, and be adept at integrating these areas to support the institution's growth and mission. A sales-oriented approach, experience with discount management, and a strong background in recruitment technology are essential. The VPEMM will be a key leader in the organization, reporting directly to the President/CEO, and will be expected to contribute to the vibrant and dynamic environment of the institution.
