AEI Valuation is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to independently prepare high-quality appraisal reports across a wide range of property types. This role is well suited for professionals who value analytical rigor, professional standards, and efficiency, while minimizing unnecessary administrative burden.

Appraisers manage assignments from engagement through final delivery, work directly with clients, and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of AEI's valuation platform.

This role offers a broader, more diverse client base, technology + AI for higher quality, scalable support when you're ready, and essential duties and responsibilities that include preparing commercial real estate appraisal reports, defining scope of work, selecting and applying valuation approaches, performing market studies, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal team members, and ensuring compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience, state certified general real estate appraiser, advanced knowledge of valuation theory, financial analysis, and appraisal reporting, proficiency in MS Office, comparable databases, and AI-enabled workflows, strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree.

Physical requirements include sitting, typing, handling office and/or field equipment, speaking and hearing, standing, walking, balancing, kneeling or crouching, traveling independently, lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities.

Compensation includes a fee split targeting $250,000+ in annual production and a $70,500 base draw against production.
