Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

$150 Sign-On Bonus | 12-Hour Weekend Shifts | Paid Training

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Rockwell Care Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or simply have a heart for helping others, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Saturday & Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• $14–$15 per hour, depending on experience

• $150 Sign-On Bonus paid on your first paycheck

As a Weekend Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Support adults with disabilities in daily activities

• Provide companionship and encouragement

• Assist with personal care as needed

• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping

• Help with medication reminders

• Drive residents to appointments and community activities

• Teach life skills that promote independence

• Create a safe, positive, and respectful home environment

We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Comfortable working independently and with a team

• A strong communicator with good organizational skills

• At least 18 years old

• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Able to pass required background checks

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED

• Six months of paid caregiving experience (or one year caring for a family member or loved one)

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or other vulnerable adults

• $150 Sign-On Bonus
