State Farm has deep roots in my family - my father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and my brother is also an agent. When the company I worked for was sold, I decided it was the right time to follow that family tradition and open an agency of my own. I'm a graduate of Central Washington University and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity. Being part of our community is incredibly important to us. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
