Analyst - Project Support

We are currently hiring a Project Support/Administration in LaBella’s Program Management Services Division at our client’s office. The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services. The Project Support/Administrative Support role is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical/administrative assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately. Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Responsibilities Assists resources for team providing support to project managers, engineers, managers, and supervisors. Coordination of office supplies for department. Responsible for administrative tasks as needed. Assist with information technology requests and resolution. Process SAP work as needed. Qualifications Experienced working in a rapidly changing, dynamic team environment. Experience showing demonstrated attention to detail. Experience working in regulated environment. SAP experience preferred.
