Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with outpatient evaluations, treatment plan development, goal writing, and documentation including letters of medical necessity.
• Experience with functional outcome measures and charge entry in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student mentorship when assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (5x8).
• Focus: Outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
