Customer Services & Banking Associate, Gift Processing

Main Work Location: Redwood City Schedule: Hybrid Budgeted Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $73,485 to $85,000 per year. This opportunity is a fixed-term position for two (2) years. This position is located within the Office of Development. This position supports and ensures the timely processing of gifts to the University, maintains the integrity of all relevant gift-processing data and institutional documentation associated with gift operations, and handles tasks including adding new records and updating databases, processing gifts and pledges, conducting basic research, and reporting on and reconciling data issues. Position Summary: Independently process complex and high-profile gifts and/or a high volume of biographical information.
