What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless)
• Perform maintenance and identify repair or replacement needs
• Communicate clearly with homeowners-no high-pressure sales required
• Keep accurate service notes and job documentation
• Follow safety standards and best practices
• Support and mentor less experienced techs when needed

What You Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or similar systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
