The Grocery Manager will oversee daily operations in the grocery department, manage inventory levels, ensure product availability, and maintain merchandising standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the department adheres to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance standards. The role also involves employee training, scheduling, and contributing to a positive store culture. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively Experience in Supermarkets and Sales, with a focus on driving revenue and customer satisfaction Proficiency in Inventory Control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized Leadership abilities, including training, supervising, and scheduling team members Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in retail grocery management Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in retail or grocery management is a plus Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Sprouts Farmers Market
