Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a dynamic educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year, with opportunities for either full-time or part-time, on-site engagement. This contract position starts August 6th and continues through May 16th, adapting to the school calendar and any emergency days. Your work will directly impact student success and help drive positive behavioral outcomes.
In this school-based role, you’ll work closely with both students and staff, applying your expertise across a diverse district, including four schools and two parochial settings. The number of students served and caseload specifics will be confirmed at placement.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Exceptional skills in assessment and the development of behavior intervention plans
- Experience monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for assigned students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform ongoing decision-making
- Provide guidance, oversight, and support to RBTs district-wide
- Collaborate with educators, support professionals, and families to foster effective learning environments
- Travel between multiple school sites as needed
The standard school day runs from 8:10am–3:15pm, with extended hours on Wednesdays until 4:15pm. Schedule flexibility is available for both part-time and full-time options.
