Join our team at A Place At Home – Metro East, a trusted provider of in-home care services. We are currently hiring caregivers to fill All-day, and overnight shifts for our 24/7 care assignments. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care and assistance to clients throughout 24-hour shifts. Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, responding to emergencies or changes in clients' conditions. Collaborate with the care team, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure personalized and continuous care. Requirements: Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably with experience in 24/7 care or shifts. Compassion, empathy, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and the care team. Ability to adapt to varying client needs and provide individualized care.
