For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $45 – $55/hour with weekly paySchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Saturdays or Sundays)Paid Time Off: 80 hours PTO + 72 hours paid sick timePaid Holidays: 6 paid holidaysHealth Benefits: Health insurance (employer pays 50%)Career Growth: ASE testing and certifications paid for by the shopWelcome Bonus: Signing / retention bonus of up to $5,000What You'll Work OnYou'll handle the type of work that requires real experience and diagnostic ability, focusing on quality over rushing cars through the shop:Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshootingDrivability concernsTransmission diagnosis, repair, and replacementEngine diagnosis and major mechanical repairComplex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handleGeneral A-Level automotive repair when neededYou'll have the independence to diagnose vehicles properly and recommend the right repair every time.What We're Looking For5+ years of professional automotive repair experienceStrong diagnostic and electrical abilitiesA-Level / Master-level mechanical skillsTransmission experience strongly preferredValid driver's licenseYour own professional toolsASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates
