Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 410 Sherman Street - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met; Demonstrate Ollies customer service and associate experience behaviors in interactions; Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations; Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth; Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs, open and close the store as needed
