Senior Finance Systems Analyst

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Finance Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials, leading design, configuration, and optimization efforts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the design and configuration of complex business processes in Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with financial controls and ERP capabilities Manage full testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes Translate business needs into detailed configuration specifications and maintain high-quality documentation for governance and audit purposes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of five years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience Demonstrated experience in configuring Workday business processes and developing advanced reports Experience leading enhancements, requirement gathering, and user acceptance testing cycles Familiarity with additional finance systems and participation in system upgrades or new deployments
