The Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales targets. This role involves leading the team, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming environment to maximize store performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to improve store performance
- Handle customer issues and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate scheduling and labor management to optimize staffing levels
- Maintain store appearance and ensure a clean, organized environment
