Mancan is seeking a Tool and Die Maker for a local company in Mansfield, OH. Key Responsibilities Must be able to build and maintain stamping dies Fabricate dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges from raw materials using manual and CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, and wire EDM Operate heat treatment and surface finishing equipment to enhance tool durability Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve tooling performance Maintain organized records of tooling, repair history, and preventive maintenance schedules Required Skills and Qualifications 4 year apprenticeship program Blueprint Skiils Precision Machining (Manual and CNC) CAD/CAM Software Mathematics (Trigonometry and Calculations) Hours and Pay 1st shift – 7am to 3:30pm, Monday–Friday with possible OT.
