Job Title

It's time to clean! Replenishing supplies in guest rooms, changing bed linens, and disinfecting are some of the responsibilities we will ask of you. This position allows you to work independently or with a small group of excellent colleagues, while still being part of a larger team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products
• Clean tables and mop floors as needed
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed, such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Report and deliver lost items to the appropriate department or office
• Work as a team and assist and support all members to ensure an excellent guest experience

Requirements:

• High organizational capacity
• Ability to work most of the shift standing, constantly moving, and able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and service orientation
• Ability to communicate adequately with guests, supervisors, and coworkers
