Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active credentials
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions
• Ability to document services and progress notes efficiently and accurately
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform student evaluations to determine physical therapy needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services tailored to each student’s goals
• Maintain clear and concise service notes in compliance with district and regulatory standards

• Engage in ongoing communication with families to ensure comprehensive care
