Drywall Stocking Supervisor

Position Summary The Drywall Stocking Supervisor oversees daily operations of the drywall stocking department, supervising associates, coordinating deliveries with customers and vendors, ensuring efficient job‑site operations, and promoting a culture centered on safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of approximately 20–35 associates. Coordinate job‑site deliveries with customers, CSRs, vendors, and field associates to ensure timely and efficient service. Accurately calculate and apply stocking charges to customer orders. Prepare stocking and labor bids for upcoming projects in collaboration with the sales team. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping for associates. Conduct regular job‑site visits to ensure safe work practices, productivity, and compliance with company standards. Support compliance efforts related to prevailing wage and certified payroll projects. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies, procedures, and applicable legal regulations. Report all accidents involving personnel, drivers, or company equipment promptly and accurately. Inspect trucks and trailers to ensure safe operating conditions and regulatory compliance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Experience in construction, building materials, or job‑site stocking preferred. Valid driver’s license. Clean three‑year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
