Wholesale Inventory Title Clerk

Automotive Dealership Position

Duties:

• Billing of all wholesales and dealer trades
• Process all title work for wholesales and dealer trades.
• Process all vehicle purchases including issuing payment and verifying receipt of title
• Follow up with lienholders for title lien release status.
• Communicate daily with auctions/dealers with updates on title/MSO status
• Stock in all new rental vehicles and process tag/registration paperwork
• Responsible for all dealer tags and yearly renewal
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask regarding accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
• Review and verify documents, records and files for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer applications and basic math.
• Previous dealership title/DMV experience required.
