Job Summary
We are seeking versatile and experienced people to fill 3 available positions. Estimator, Body Tech and Tow Driver to join our automotive service team. This role involves assessing vehicle damages, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service while safely operating tow trucks and related equipment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of the collision industry, working with insurance companies, towing experience a plus, we will train the right candidate for all positions, and excellent communication skills to ensure efficient and quality service to our customers.

Duties

• Conduct detailed automotive diagnostics to assess repair needs and estimate costs accurately
• Perform body repairs, including collision damage assessment and repair work using automotive repair techniques
• Operate tow truck vehicles safely to transport vehicles to and from locations
• Manage vehicle movement efficiently, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair estimates, timelines, and addressing customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, collision repairs, mechanic experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with tow truck certification highly desirable
• Experience operating flatbed tow trucks
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively
• Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
